These terms apply to purchases from Nimbryte, operated by CLOUDSPACE SOLUTIONS PTY LTD (ACN 662 220 162; ABN 20 662 220 162).

Orders and payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown before payment.

An order may be declined or cancelled before fulfilment if payment is not authorised, fraud screening requires it, a genuine price or product error is identified, or the item is unavailable. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount. We will not substitute another model without your agreement.

Product information and compatibility

We aim to identify the exact model, variant, inclusions and key compatibility information on each product page. Manufacturer specifications, packaging and software can change. Please check the exact product page and contact us before ordering if compatibility with your existing devices, network, power, software, licensing or intended use is important.

Product information is general and must not be relied on for a safety-critical use unless the exact product evidence expressly supports that use.

Availability and delivery

Availability can change before fulfilment and a displayed quantity is not a distributor reservation. Delivery is currently limited to Australian addresses and Standard delivery is AUD $9.95. Our Shipping policy forms part of these terms.

Returns, warranties and consumer rights

Our Returns and refunds policy explains how to request support, cancellation, return, warranty service or a refund. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Privacy and communications

Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. You agree that order, payment, fulfilment and support communications may be sent electronically to the contact details you provide.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms for future orders. The terms that apply to an order are those available when the order is placed. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, subject to applicable consumer law.
